To provide a robust IT Management and Support Services package to a prominent banking sector client, Bechtle Mannheim chose iTop easy service management as an ITSM solution. Bechtle used iTop’s capabilities and benefited from ITOMIG’s expert support, enabling them to successfully meet the stringent security and data privacy standards of the banking sector. The flexibility and integration capabilities of iTop allowed for a seamless implementation, achieving full operational status within just three months. During the first nine months, the ITSM solution efficiently managed over 21,000 tickets and maintained around 40,000 configuration items.
